Welcome to Never Count Reps ("NCR"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at nevercountreps.com and any purchases or services you obtain through the Site. By using or accessing the Site, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  2. Prices shown are in GBP (£) or the relevant currency as displayed, and include or exclude taxes/shipping as expressly indicated.

  4. In rare cases, if we discover a pricing error after your Order, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse that portion of the Order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders & Payment

  1. When you submit an Order, you are offering to purchase the Products subject to these Terms and our acceptance.

  2. We may accept or reject your Order in whole or in part. Acceptance is at our discretion.

  3. Payment must be made at the time of placing the Order via the payment methods we offer (credit card, debit card, etc.).

  4. You warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  1. We will arrange shipment of your Products using a courier (e.g. DPD) or other method, typically as per the availability and estimates shown on Site.

  2. The risk in the Products transfers to you once we deliver them to the address you specified or to the courier.

  3. Delivery dates are estimates only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g. customs delays, force majeure).

  4. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by you (except for orders qualifying for free delivery, as per promotions).

  5. If the delivery address is incorrect or inaccessible, additional charges may apply or we may refuse to re-ship.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. We handle returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with our Return Policy, which is a separate policy linked from the Site.

  2. If you cancel before dispatch, we may charge reasonable handling fees.

  3. Once Products are shipped, returns must be initiated per our Return Policy (e.g. time window, condition of product, proof of purchase).

  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable deductions, within a reasonable time.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, icons, and software — is owned or licensed by NCR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  3. The trademarks Never Count Reps, NCR, and all logos and product names are our property (or used under license).

  1. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and distribute that content worldwide.

  3. We reserve the right to remove or refuse to publish any content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NCR’s liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

  2. In no event shall NCR be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of earnings, loss of data, business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Products.

  3. The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and NCR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, or accuracy of information.

  4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it is not legal to do so (e.g. for personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NCR and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
